Bookkeeping Packages Price Description
Starter Package – “Get Me Organized” $65–$95 Best for new freelancers, gig workers, or individuals starting a side hustle. Includes QuickBooks or Wave setup, basic chart of accounts, 1 month of transaction entry, custom monthly budget or personal financial plan, and a 30-min strategy call.
Standard Monthly Bookkeeping – “Keep Me On Track” $175–$275/month Best for small business owners needing monthly financial management. Includes transaction categorization & reconciliation, monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet), email support + one 15-min check-in/month.
Clean-Up/Catch-Up Package – “Fix My Books” $195–$675 (based on months & complexity) Best for clients behind 3–12 months. Includes review + reconciliation of past transactions, clean-up of chart of accounts, and year-end summary report.

One-on-One Coaching $50–$80/hour Best for DIY business owners. Includes a 60-minute Zoom or in-person session, training in QuickBooks, Wave, or Excel, and custom tracking templates or guides.
Budget Building Package – “Help Me Manage My Money” $30–$60 Best for families or individuals needing structure. Includes a custom monthly budget, printable + Excel versions, and optional 15-min walkthrough.

Pricing Structure

Initial Setup Fee (if needed) $50-$100 For new monthly bookkeeping clients. Covers chart of accounts setup, software integration, and onboarding time.
Catch-Up or Clean-Up Fee $60/hour or $50/month If client books are more than 1-2 months behind. Charged hourly or per month of cleanup.
Software Subscription (Client Responsibility) QuickBooks Online starts around $30/month Clients pay directly for QuickBooks Online, Wave (free), or other platforms.
Late Document Submission Fee (Optional) $25-$50 If documents are submitted after the agreed deadline and cause delays.
Expedited Service / Rush Fee +25%-50% of the base price For last-minute tax filing, financial reports, or urgent clean-up.
Additional Revisions or Changes $25-$50/hour or per change If clients request multiple changes outside the agreed scope (after 1 free revision).
